The XTreme Power® HSC 16840 is a heated industrial commercial spinner hard surface cleaner that combines the Super Max™ 12840 mobile, electric tri-mode pressure washer and the XTreme Power® 11500 SE sludge extractor with Daimer’s 9″ motorized spinner head. The resulting multifaceted hard surface cleaner is an ideal mobile solution for limitless indoor applications including: tile and grout cleaning, marble cleaning, stone cleaning; removing and stripping wax buildup on
VCT and vinyl flooring; cleaning rubber floors and other even and uneven hard surfaces that other hard surface cleaners fail to remove.

The 9″ spinner head spins at a rapid 1000 rpm while firing water onto a surface at 2000 psi and a flow rate of 4 GPM, while upholding the extraction capabilities common to all models. The spinner cleaning temperatures reach 210º F with the steam temperatures reaching 330º F. With a rubber guard to keep water flow contained under the spinner, this model cleans more efficiently than other hard surface cleaners. Additionally, the 9″ spinning head can be removed from the
wand and applied to walls for advanced wall cleaning in restrooms and other like applications.

Additionally, the Super Max™12840 can be used independently as a tri-mode pressure washer and the XTreme Power® 11500 SE can be used independently to remove debris laden sludge up to 1/2″ in diameter with a dumping capacity of 30 GPM. This makes the XTreme Power® HSC 16840 the ideal, versatile machine with its abilities to work as a hard surface cleaner, tri-mode pressure washer, and sludge extraction.
