The Atlas 412A is a 12,000 lb. capacity four-post alignment lift engineered and manufactured to commercial-grade standards for long-term durability and consistent performance. Atlas lifts incorporate exclusive design and structural features that are not commonly found on competing models.
The Atlas 412A integrates both structural reinforcements and refined design elements typically found on higher-priced lifts. Each unit is tested to ensure reliable operation at its full rated capacity.
The lift operates using a high-strength cable lifting system combined with an oversized hydraulic cylinder mounted beneath the runway, powered by a 220-volt single-phase power unit. Unlike traditional chain-driven systems with exposed hydraulic cylinders, this configuration simplifies leveling and reduces the risk of vehicle door damage caused by exposed components.
In addition to the heavy-duty characteristics of the Atlas 412—including tracks between the runways for compatibility with rolling bridge jacks such as the Atlas RJ6BK (sold separately)—the 412A includes built-in slip plates and alignment turntables. The slip plates are integrated and precisely aligned with the turntables to maintain level operation. The turntables can be positioned at multiple locations along the runway to accommodate various wheelbases. Metal cover plates are also included to replace the turntables when not in use, allowing the lift to function as a standard service lift beyond alignment applications.
