The Atlas ALI Certified 8,000 lb. Hobbyist Lift (APEX8) is the ALI-certified version of the popular Atlas Garage PRO8000 four-post lift. It is an ideal solution for customers with limited garage space who want to maximize storage capacity by stacking most passenger vehicles.
The Atlas APEX8 is engineered for homeowners and restoration shops. It is not intended for high-cycle commercial repair facilities where the lift would be raised and lowered multiple times per day.
Compared to many similar lifts on the market, the APEX8 is nearly 200 lbs. heavier, contributing to enhanced structural stability. It includes a free caster kit equipped with polyurethane wheels, allowing the lift to be repositioned easily. The caster kit can be installed or removed within minutes, enabling portability between service bays or even outdoor use. Combined with ALI certification, these features make the APEX8 one of the strongest values in the hobbyist four-post lift category.
Many customers who purchase this lift also choose the Atlas RJ35 rolling jack for expanded service capability.
