Your auto lift ships via LTL common carrier freight on a 48-foot semi truck. Because this is a heavy freight delivery, please review the following carefully before purchase:

• You are responsible for unloading the lift from the truck. The freight driver does not unload it for you.
• Lift gate service is not available for auto lifts.
• You cannot unload this lift by hand. You must have equipment capable of lifting the full shipping weight of the lift.
• Suitable unloading equipment includes a forklift, bobcat, tractor, tow truck, or backhoe.
• If you are unable to unload from a semi truck, the lift can be shipped to the carrier’s nearest freight terminal for pickup with a trailer or moving van.
• You are responsible for contacting the freight company to schedule your delivery appointment.
• Free shipping does not include delivery to Government Secure Locations, State or National Parks, construction sites, islands, Alaska, or Hawaii.
• Once your order ships, carrier information and tracking will be emailed to you.
• Freight transit times typically range from 3 to 14 days, depending on your location.
