Rotary’s new R1200 Leverless Pro Dual Bead Breaker Tire Changer provides your shop with a tire-changing powerhouse, keeping the most difficult to change wheels safe from damage. This changer has chain synchronized bead breaker arms with power-assisted positioning. The leverless mount/demount tool, upper and lower rollers easily index together with the same single control.

There’s no metal-to-metal contact with patented leverless mount / demount tool. The three-position center post clamping system increases productivity and reduces the risk of wheel damage.

EASY TO USE CONTROLS
The easy roller bead breaker system and mount / demount tool simultaneously position in one simple movement. Demount and mount the most challenging tire and wheel combinations on the market – normal and reverse rims, run flat, and SST.

FEATURES 0-15 RPM VARIABLE SPEED TURNTABLE MOTOR
The motor is equipped with an exclusive inverter that regulates rotational speed offering the operator customizable speed control. Rotational speed slows as the stress on the bead increases, avoiding any damage to the tire.

3-POSITION PEDESTAL WITH SELF-LOCKING PLATE
Service both standard and reverse rims with this adjustable center post. Handle wheels with a 10″ to 30″ rim diameter.

EXTRA-GRIP CLAMPING
The floating plate features a self-locking central pin with cone. Gripping pressure is automatically increased during rotation.

RUBBER PLATE INSERT
Standard turntable guard adds protection to reverse mount wheels during operation.

FOOT PEDAL CONTROLS
Inflation, rotation and wheel lift operations are controlled by three foot pedals.

PNEUMATIC WHEEL LIFT
Foot pedal controlled up / down movement.

QUICK FIT RIM CLAMPING
Fast and safe mechanical clamping process with Quick Nut, secures the rim through the hub eliminating damage.

EASY CONTROLS

Both rollers have an indent button and AUTOMATICALY release when the direction is changed preventing accidental wheel damage.

TOOL HEAD TIRE DEMOUNTING
The protective polymer tool head enters between bead and rim and progressively pulls the bead into position for demounting. Eliminate stress and damage to the tire and rim with safe and fast service.

Versatile easy mounting with plastic tool, dual rollers top bead helper arm and standard bead pusher. Change difficult light truck combinations, low profiles, runflats, exotic rims and other specialty jobs. Service 17.5″ and 19.5″ super duty wheels.

Power assisted pneumatic bead pushing depressor designed for both large and specialty tires.

WHEEL AND TIRE MATCH MOUNT CAPABLE
Indexing a tire can be done after tire is mounted. Clamp both rollers to pinch the tire. Lubricate the tire, rotate the wheel to match the indicators on the wheel and tire.

PATENTED POWERFUL TOP INFLATION
Safe tubeless bead blast tire inflation system works on any rim diameter.
