Grader – High-Speed, High-Precision Earthmoving Machinery

The grader is a versatile, high-speed, high-efficiency, and high-precision earthmoving machine. It is designed for large-scale ground leveling, excavation, trenching, slope scraping, snow removal, material loosening, compaction, spreading, mixing, assisting in loading, and land reclamation. It is widely used in highways, farmland, and other important construction areas.

This machinery uses a scraper installed between the front and rear wheel axles to level the ground. The scraper can be lifted, tilted, rotated, and extended, allowing flexible, precise, and easy operation. It is ideal for constructing roadbeds, pavements, slopes, side ditches, mixing pavement materials, clearing snow, pushing granular materials, and maintaining unpaved roads.

The scraper is mounted under the slewing ring via two brackets. The slewing ring can rotate to adjust the scraper’s position. The triangular bracket is hinged at the front of the main frame, while the rear corners are suspended by hydraulic lifting cylinders and connected to tilting hydraulic cylinders, allowing the scraper to lift, tilt, or extend laterally to level road slopes efficiently.

• Operators must be trained, pass the required examination, and hold a valid special operations certificate.
• Before operating, understand the machine’s performance, operating techniques, and maintenance procedures.
• Adjusting the scraper rotation, cutting angle, or tilting must be done when the machine is stopped.
• Avoid lifting the scraper excessively during operation.
• When parking on a slope, face the front of the machine downhill and gently press the blade into the ground.
• Never turn off the diesel engine and drive in neutral when going downhill.
• No one is allowed to ride anywhere except the driver’s cabin.
• Hard soil must be loosened before operation.
• Never allow anyone to stand in front of or beside the scraper during operation.
