The Triumph NSS-8 X1 Easy Park is an 8,000-lb four-post lift built to do two jobs in the same garage footprint: park a second vehicle in the air for storage, or raise one car to a comfortable working height for service. Lift height tops out at 72 inches, with 69 inches of working height under the runway, so a passenger car parks cleanly underneath while you walk through the bay without ducking.

Triumph ships the NSS-8 X1 with the accessories most owner-mechanics buy alongside a storage lift: a caster kit for rolling the assembled lift around the garage, a jack tray for raising one end of the vehicle with a bottle or floor jack, and three drip trays that catch fluid from the upper vehicle before it lands on the car below. The design has been in continuous service for over 20 years.

Features

Reinforced runway and crossrail construction

The runways and crossrails are reinforced so the lift holds full capacity even when assembled from multiple shipping pieces. Bolted reinforcement plates run along the runway joints and across the crossrails — the same load path as a one-piece factory weld, broken only at the assembly seams so it ships flat enough for lift-gate delivery.

10-position automatic locking, single-point release

As you raise the lift, the locks engage automatically across 10 positions. To come down, you release all four locks with a single-point lock release — pull one handle, the whole lift descends evenly instead of corner-by-corner.

Caster kit, jack tray, and three drip trays included

The caster kit installs at the base of the columns and lets two people roll the assembled lift across a garage floor. The jack tray drops into the runway gap so a bottle or floor jack can lift one end of the vehicle for tire rotations and brake jobs. The three drip trays sit in the central gap directly under the upper vehicle’s drivetrain to catch oil, coolant, or transmission fluid before it reaches the lower car.

Lift-gate delivery — no forklift required

The NSS-8 X1 ships in two crates rather than one heavy pallet, so the freight carrier can unload it at your location with a standard lift gate. No forklift, no crane, no off-loading equipment on your end. Two people can unpackage and assemble the lift without heavy machinery.

Standard 110V household power

The hydraulic power unit runs on 110-volt single-phase service — the same circuit as a household garage outlet, no shop wiring upgrade required. Lift time from full down to full up is 40 seconds.

Compatible accessory — Triumph SJ-35 rolling bridge jack

For mid-runway lifting (tire rotation, brake work, suspension), the Triumph SJ-35 3,500-lb rolling bridge jack rolls along the inside of the runways and raises one axle independent of the lift itself. Sold separately.

Warranty

The Triumph NSS-8 X1 carries a 1-year parts warranty. If a covered part fails, Triumph troubleshoots over the phone, ships the replacement part free of charge, and covers ground shipping. Labor is not covered — most replacements are mechanic-friendly and can be installed by the owner or a local shop. Rubber lifting pads are not covered. Hydraulic cylinders carry a 30-day full warranty; after 30 days, Triumph provides a seal kit.

FAQ

Will a passenger car fit under the lifted vehicle?

Yes. With 69 inches of working height under the runway, most sedans, hatchbacks, and crossovers park cleanly under the raised vehicle. Tall SUVs and lifted trucks should be measured against the 69-inch under-runway clearance before purchase.

Do I need a forklift or special equipment to unload the lift?

No. The NSS-8 X1 ships in two crates and is sized for standard lift-gate freight delivery. Two people can move the crates inside without a forklift, pallet jack, or crane.

How long does assembly take, and do I need help?

Triumph rates the NSS-8 X1 as a two-person assembly with no heavy machinery required. The runways and crossrails are designed to bolt together cleanly, with reinforcement plates pre-positioned at the assembly seams.

Can I use it for service, or only for parking storage?

Both. The included jack tray lets you raise one axle with a bottle or floor jack for tire, brake, or suspension work. For mid-runway lifting independent of the lift itself, the Triumph SJ-35 rolling bridge jack is sold separately.

What’s the electrical requirement?

110-volt single-phase. The power unit runs on a standard household garage circuit — no 220V service or three-phase wiring upgrade required.

Can I move the lift around my garage after assembly?
